Short answer no. Long answer, we have been operating as a strictly fairtrade only company for longer than BAFTS has been around - we were fairtrade before it was popular.
We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard, because to us it isn't just a fashion statement, or a popular USP... its a way of life. There is no Gringo without fairtrade, they are one and the same.
We are Gringo certified - because we personally and thoroughly check our entire supply chain from source to shop and never cut corners or just tick boxes for a fee - so maybe that means more.
Customer satisfaction means everything to us, but we are a small team... megacorp we are not (nor do we want to be... yuck!).
We try to get all orders despatched by the next working day, but we can very well dispatch same day (especially if you order before lunch) - it all depends how busy we currently are.
Wholesale orders tend to take a bit longer as they take more time to pack to ensure everything arrives undamaged.
TLDR: We always want you to get your order ASAP

We re-platformed our website in late march 2025, ever the un-nosey bunch that means your passwords didn't come across when we migrated the accounts!
Just get in touch with our team and we can send a new account invite, you can also reapply for a new wholesale account (using the current email) and that should allow you to set a new password for the migrated account**.
