Despatch Times & Notifications

Please note, whilst we make every effort to go above and beyond for our customers, the work life balance of our employees is also of paramount importance to us. Therefore, we process and dispatch orders on working days only.

For us that’s: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 16:30

Any orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day, we thank you for your patience.

We will issue a tracking number as well as email confirmation of your dispatched order, we at Gringo will make every effort to process and dispatch your order as quickly and securely as possible.

However please note we cannot take responsibility if you are not available to accept deliveries when they arrive or if a notification card is not left in any instance.

Additionally, all delivery times are estimates which can depend on external factors and should be taken as approximate times only.

Delivery Information

Domestic:

FREE DELIVERY- on all UK orders over £50

For UK Mainland & N.I delivery postage & packaging will be charged at £4.25 for up to 2kg.

And then £10 per 20kg box thereafter.

EU Delivery:

£15.00 Up to 2kg, not including large gift items. 3-5 working days

International Delivery:

£30.00 up to 2kg, not including large gift items. ~5 working days

We can ship to virtually any address in the World - All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Any Customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Customs and Import charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. In the event that you wish to return your order, Gringo Fairtrade is unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.

Returns:

Hopefully you will be delighted with everything you purchase from us, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you may of course return them to us, within 14 days from the date you receive them.

Please make us aware of any issues or intention to return ASAP so we may do our best to assist you

Please include : Your name, Invoice number & Reason for return in your package.

When trying on clothing items, please ensure that you are not wearing transferrable makeup, perfume or deodorant - as we will be unable to accept the return of any item where the item has been soiled.

Please ensure all products are well packaged to prevent damage in transit, if a product is returned in unsuitable packaging which results in damage to the product we will not be able to issue a refund.

Unfortunately any postage paid will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale as a result of user actions.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Currently we are not able to offer direct exchanges.
