RETAIL ORDERS


Delivery

UK Delivery - £4.25 on all orders within mainland UK and N.I (2-3 working days) Up to 2kg.  Free UK Delivery on all orders over £50 for registered cutomers, login with your details and you will recieve the offer.

EU Delivery - Approx £15.00 (depending on location) Up to 2kg, not including large gift items. (Approx 3-5 working days)

International Delivery - Approx £30.00 (depending on location) up to 2kg, not including large gift items. (Approx 5 working days)

 

International Shipping, Taxes & Customs Charges

We can ship to virtually any address in the World - All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Any Customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Customs and Import charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we're unable to predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, if you have any concerns at all please contact your local customs office. In the event that you wish to return your order, Gringo Fair Trade is unable to refund any import duty or local sales tax you may have incurred.

Returns

Hopefully you will be delighted with everything you purchase from us, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you may of course return them to us, within 14 days from the date you receive them.

Please include : Your name, Invoice number & Reason for return in your package.

 

When trying on clothing items, please ensure that you are not wearing transferrable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.  We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, or the item is soiled. Please ensure all products for return are well packaged to prevent damages in transit, if a product is returned with out enough packaging and it gets damaged on return we will NOT refund the item.

Any postage paid will NOT be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage of the products to us. We would strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us by Tracked Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, but this is entirely your decision.

 

Exchanges
Currently we are not able to offer exchanges. 


Despatch Times & Notifications for all

Our website team dispatches orders on working days only. Any orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be sent out during the next working day.

All delivery times are estimates which can depend on external factors, and should be taken as approximate times only.

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order has been dispatched, along with your shipping reference number.

Orders can be delivered to either a business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery.

In the event that there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, the delivery company will leave a card notifying you as to where they have taken the parcel and how to rearrange delivery or collection from their depot.

However Gringo Fair Trade cannot take responsibility if you are not available to accept deliveries when they arrive or if a notification card is not left in any instance.

We cannot be held responsible if you are not available to accept deliveries when they arrive.

Any items currently unavailable will automatically be placed on back order and will be dispatched when the goods become available, unless you specify otherwise.

Any items we are unable to supply will be automatically cancelled off your order / back order.  If you require a copy of your back order please contact us and this can be arranged.


WHOLESALE ORDERS


Wholesale Delivery

As all our goods are sent on a service that requires a signature, please specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.

UK Delivery - For all Mainland UK orders carriage will be charged at £10.00 per 30kg box.
FREE DELIVERY - All orders over £500 excluding VAT (applied at checkout)

 

Highlands & Offshore UK - Delivery will be charged at different rates, postage applied at checkout - FREE Delivery for orders over £500 excluding VAT (applied at checkout)

 

Europe & International Delivery - Delivery will be charged at different rates, postage applied at checkout (if for some reason your country doesnt come up as an option please contact us and we can get this added on for you)

FREE DELIVERY - All order over £1000 excluding VAT (applied at checkout)

Shortages / Damages – Must be informed within 7 days, we will advise what action is to be taken, Faulty returns will not be accepted without prior approval.  Please email a photo of any defective goods to sales@gringowholesale.com.
